Sparkling Wines $30 - $39 (or at least close to it)

Getting bubbles into a bottle takes more than one round of fermentation, which means more time, more labor, and a higher floor on price relative to still wine of the same caliber. Finding real quality here requires some digging. These are the ones I'd put my name behind, and I hope they hold up for you.
