Our website is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to market and facilitate orders for products sold by licensed retailers. All orders placed through this website are processed and fulfilled by Global Sphere Trading Company, a licensed alcohol retailer. unPINNED, LLC does not sell alcoholic beverages directly but provides marketing and curation services.

User Obligations
You agree not to do any of the following while using the our site:

• Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Access, tamper with, or use nonpublic areas of the our Site or our computer systems. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access or tamper with these areas may be subject to prosecution.

The Sale of Alcoholic Beverages
unPINNED, LLC does not sell alcoholic beverages. All orders placed through this website are processed and fulfilled by Global Sphere Trading Company, a licensed alcohol retailer. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the sale is made by Global Sphere Trading Company, and unPINNED acts solely as a marketing and curation service provider. unPINNED, LLC does not take title to, possess, or distribute any alcoholic beverages. Global Sphere Trading Company is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local alcohol regulations, including but not limited to age verification and shipping restrictions.

If you do not agree with these conditions of use please do not use this site. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21 unPINNED,LLC and/or Global Sphere Trading Company may prosecute you fully to the extent allowable by law. A signature of someone over the age of 21 is required to accept the wine package upon delivery.

Title and Ownership
Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from Global Sphere Trading Company to the purchaser at the point of sale. unPINNED, LLC does not take legal ownership of any alcohol sold through this website. Shipping and delivery are facilitated by Global Sphere Trading Company, and unPINNED, LLC is not responsible for shipping, compliance with local alcohol laws, or any issues related to the transportation of alcohol

By utilizing this service from Global Sphere Trading Company with marketing and curating services provided by unPINNED, LLC, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
