unPINNED Wine Club is a small, independent business passionate about curating unique wines and providing an exciting experience for members. unPINNED, LLC is responsible for marketing and curating wine selections, while Global Sphere Trading Company, a licensed alcohol retailer, is responsible for accepting and processing orders, determining whether to fulfill them, handling shipping, and ensuring compliance with alcohol laws. All orders placed through this website are processed and fulfilled exclusively by Global Sphere Trading Company.

Refunds and replacements are not offered, except in cases where a product is damaged during shipping.

Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives with broken bottles or significant damage, customers should contact Global Sphere Trading Company at concierge@spheretrading.co within 48 hours of delivery. The following information must be provided:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged items and packaging

Global Sphere Trading Company will review the claim and determine if a replacement is possible.

No Refunds or Replacements for Preferences or Minor Issues

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available for personal taste preferences or minor packaging imperfections. Wine selections feature small-production wines, and variations in bottle labeling or packaging may occur.

Shipping Restrictions & Compliance
