Sparkling $40 - $80

There’s probably no style of wine that I love more than Champagne. I’ve tried Champagne Method wines from all around the world, but, for me, none seem to ever match the caliber of Champagne. I dislike the big brands and their terroir-neutralizing influence in Champagne, and so I’ve chosen exclusively Grower Champagnes, i.e. the grape-grower is the maker as ought to be the case.
