The Rallo family's wine story began in 1860 when great-grandfather Francesco Rallo moved to the Sicilian countryside and started working his first plots in the Baiata district. Siblings Flavia and Giacomo Rallo are the fourth generation of the family to work this land, and they produce organic, natural wines that are unfined, unfiltered, and made with very low sulphite content.
The vineyards are located between Contrada Birgi and Paolini, near the Riserva dello Stagnone and the historic Marsala salt pans. Flavia was also the first winery in the world to produce Etna wine in a 1-liter bottle, a format they use across their range — part of a deliberate philosophy that great wine should be approachable and meant for sharing.
