ASHWIN'S REFLECTION:
Tsapournakos was nearly lost to extinction, but it’s been reclaimed by the Kamkoutis family who were one of the few producers to bring it back into serious production. Tsapournakos is a part of the Cab Franc family, which we can pick up on by the combination of black fruit + pepper and the elegance in the resulting wine. Hope it’s an enjoyable experience to drink!
