ASHWIN'S REFLECTION:
Veglio is a family-run winery focusing on expressions of Nebbiolo that can be enjoyed upon release as well as demonstrating a potential for aging. Alessandro now runs the estate, and he practices sustainable and organic farming in the vineyards as well as native yeast fermentation in the cellar. I particularly enjoy how delicate and floral this wine is - juxtaposed against dark minerality, which is a paradox and quite a treat in the glass.
