Nose: Dark fruit, pepper-y, and herbaceous
Blackberry, bramble, and juicy fruits; white pepper, green pepper → both peppercorn and bell pepper; Assam black tea

Palate: Vibrant, fresh with some spice and moderate tannins — lovely structure

 

FOOD PAIRING RECOMMENDATION:

Duck breast w/ shallots + red wine reduction

Mushroom + lentil salad with Dijon, herbs + light vinaigrette
