ASHWIN'S REFLECTION:
If you visit Fabien Duveau, you’ll find a winemaker and a Domaine that’s committed to biodynamic + natural winemaking practices, and the visual representation of that is apparent in the fields/the vines with the growing of berries among the vines and the hives with bees + honey. This bottle showcases how elegant natural, biodynamic wines can be. Not to mention how terroir and variety expressive (in this case Saumur-Champigny and Cabernet Franc, respectively) that winemaking philosophy is.
