ASHWIN'S REFLECTION:
The Netzl family have lived in the very same village since 1650, Christina knew since 5 years old that she wanted to be a winemaker, and she follows organic practices, hand-harvesting, spontaneous fermentation, and the result is daylight in a bottle. Sparking the bottle, the insects on the label are all the beneficial insects you’ll find in the vineyards → doing their thing + helping the vines do theirs.
