TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Bready, bright berry, mineral-y
Aromas of croissant, brioche, and butter; strawberry, rhubarb, jammy cherry; chalkiness + wet slate
Palate: Lovely, round, voluptuous texture with its decadent mousse + buttery, pastry-like finish and minimal dosage.

ASHWIN'S REFLECTION:
The Vadin-Plateau estate traces its origins back to 1765 in the village of Cumières where the family has continued a winemaking heritage over the course of some eight generations. The metaphorical torch has now been passed to Aurélie who aims to blend tradition and modernity with the maison’s wines while also introducing femininity into the Champagne. This expression features a ladybug on the cork as a testament to earth-conscious viticultural practices.
