TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Saline, citrus, white fruit. Ocean spray, crushed seashells, pebbles; lemon pith; under-ripe apple, white peach.
Palate: Electric acidity with some roundness to balance it out.

ASHWIN'S REFLECTION:
The vineyards sit just ~5 miles from the sea, and the ocean influence on this wine is absolutely unmistakable: that saline/seashell/ocean spray aromatic component. The vines are trellised in the old Galician way, which is somewhat unique compared to the typical trellising we're used to seeing in vineyards in other regions.
Instead of being trellised at "ground level," these vines are trained overhead on granite posts to allow the damp, humid air to move under the canopy, thereby mitigating the risk of mildew without needing to use artificial/chemical interventions.
