When will my first box ship?
Your first shipment is the Unpronounceable & Unforgettable box. After that, a new seasonal box ships every three months.
Why does it only open twice a year?
We only open quarterly membership twice a year. Once this window closes, you'll have to wait for the next one to join.
Where do you ship?
Most U.S. states, with free shipping. We can't currently ship to AL, MS, SD, TN, or UT, or outside the U.S.
