ASHWIN’S REFLECTION:

A co-fermented field blend of seven different Italian-native grapes cultivated in Victoria, Australia by the Chalmers family who despite the popularity of French varieties in Australia chose to cultivate Italian grapes instead due to the fact that the area is naturally warmer-climate. Featuring predominantly Sagrantino along with Nero D’Avola, Aglianico, Teroldego, and others, this wine highlights the Chalmers family’s unique approach to viticulture in Australia and the lasting legacy they are continuing to create on the continent.
