ASHWIN'S REFLECTION:

Elisabetta Fagioli is a beloved winemaker and has cultivated over 50 vintages in the Siena hills as “Colli Senesi” translates. Elisabetta has been practicing organic for a long time and believes in manipulating the wine as little as possible - allowing the richness of the land and the fruit to speak for itself. In this Sangiovese-led blend, you'll also find two white grape varieties as per the old Chianti regulations → Trebbiano Gentile and Malvasia Bianca. The result is a wine with freshness and richness both in the glass simultaneously.
