ASHWIN'S REFLECTION:

I’ve loved George’s wines since I first tasted them nearly a decade ago. We met in DC and again at his winery on Santorini, and his wines are truly special — volcanic, island wines from indigenous Greek varietals… it’s a dream come true to drink them.
