ASHWIN'S REFLECTION:
Jonathan Buisson along with his wife ChloƩ is a 3rd-generation winemaker at the domain, and the couple share a rock solid commitment to the earth as it relates to their viticultural practices, including farming organically, following biodynamic principles, implementing agroforestry, supporting ecological biodiversity, etc. They plant hedges and trees around the vineyard to naturally promote soil health and to prevent erosion. The result of this commitment in the farming practices is a succulent expression of Gamay in the glass.
