Bright, vibrant acidity, light-bodied, and delicate light tannins.

ASHWIN'S REFLECTION:

A real rare gem — in terms of varietal and style of wine. Azal accounts for less than 0.02% of plantings globally and was recovered from the brink of extinction. This is an amphora-aged, skin-contact, sparkling that made me grin from ear to ear. I hope it does the same for you.
