Full Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor & Administrator
The unPINNED Weekly Wine Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by unPINNED, LLC, (“Sponsor”).
Fulfillment and shipment of all wine prizes will be handled by Global Sphere Trading Company, a licensed alcohol retailer, located in Washington, DC (“Retailer”).
unPINNED, LLC is not a licensed alcohol retailer and does not sell, ship, or deliver alcohol. Retailer is solely responsible for verifying eligibility, complying with alcohol shipping laws, and fulfilling prizes.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Utah, Alabama, Mississippi, and any other state or locality where sweepstakes involving alcohol are prohibited or where shipping of alcohol is prohibited.
Employees, officers, and contractors of unPINNED, LLC, Global Sphere Trading Company, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
A. Weekly Wine Giveaway
No purchase necessary.
To enter, participants must:

Submit their email address through the unPINNED Wine Club’s official entry flow on Instagram, Facebook, or other approved platform (via ManyChat or other link), and

Agree to these Official Rules.
Limit one entry per person. Once entered, participants will remain eligible for all future weekly drawings unless they have previously won.
B. Austin Food & Wine Festival Giveaway
During the Austin Food & Wine Festival (November 7–9, 2025), attendees may enter by submitting their email address via the official unPINNED Wine Club digital entry form (QR code or hosted link) provided at the unPINNED booth.
Limit one entry per person during the event.
Entries for this specific giveaway do not roll over into the Weekly Wine Giveaway.
C. Wine & Crime Giveaway
During the promotional period for the Wine & Crime Giveaway, participants may enter by submitting their email address through unPINNED Wine Club’s official entry form, digital link, or ManyChat flow associated with the Wine & Crime promotion.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Once entered, participants will remain eligible for all future monthly drawings unless they have previously won. Entries for this specific giveaway do not roll over into the Weekly Wine Giveaway or other promotions.
D. Quarterly BFCM Giveaway
During the Black Friday / Cyber Monday promotional period, participants who sign up for the unPINNED Quarterly Wine Club before 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 24, 2025 will be automatically entered into the Quarterly BFCM Giveaway. No separate entry form is required.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries received after November 24, 2025 will not be eligible.
No purchase necessary. Individuals who wish to enter without making a purchase may do so by emailing their full name and contact email address to cheers@unpinnedwineclub.com during the same promotional period. All entries—purchased or non-purchased—will have an equal chance of winning and will be included in the same random drawing.
4. Entry Period
Weekly Wine Giveaway: Limit one entry per person. Once entered, participants will remain eligible for all future drawings unless they have previously won.
The Sweepstakes runs continuously on an ongoing basis. A random drawing from the total pool of eligible entries received to date will be held approximately once per week or after at least one hundred (100) new eligible entries have been received, whichever occurs later. If fewer than one hundred (100) new eligible entries are received during a given period, the drawing will be postponed until the entry threshold or subsequent time period has been reached, at Sponsor’s discretion.
Entries do not expire unless the entrant has previously won. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time.
Austin Food & Wine Festival Giveaway: Opens on November 7, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. ET and closes on November 9, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time.

5. Prize & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
Weekly Wine Giveaway: Each week, one or more eligible entrant(s) will be randomly selected to receive a wine shipment chosen by the Sponsor. Each prize will include between one (1) and six (6) bottles of wine, at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Approximate retail value (ARV): $40–$250, depending on the number and type of wines selected. Prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Austin Food & Wine Festival Giveaway: One (1) curated 6-bottle box of wine chosen by the Sponsor. Approximate retail value: $227.
Wine & Crime Giveaway: One (1) shipment of wine chosen by the Sponsor. Approximate retail value (ARV): $40–$250, depending on the number and type of wines selected. Prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Quarterly BFCM Giveaway: One (1) winner will receive a free one-year unPINNED Quarterly subscription, consisting of four (4) Quarterly shipments of six (6) bottles each. Approximate retail value (ARV): $1,068. Prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Weekly Wine Giveaway: One (1) or more winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry threshold or time period, as specified above, at Sponsor’s discretion.
Austin Food & Wine Festival Giveaway: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the festival entry period. The drawing will occur within thirty (30) days of the event’s end.
Winners will be notified via email from unPINNED Wine Club. Winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected.

7. Alcohol Fulfillment & Delivery
All alcohol prizes are fulfilled and shipped by Global Sphere Trading Company, a licensed retailer, in compliance with applicable laws.
An adult 21+ with valid government-issued ID must be present to accept delivery.
Sponsor does not sell or ship alcohol and assumes no responsibility for fulfillment or delivery.
8. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant unPINNED, LLC permission to use their name, likeness, social media handle, and/or city and state for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to unPINNED’s Privacy Policy available at unpinnedwineclub.com/policies/privacy-policy.
By entering, participants agree to receive occasional emails from unPINNED Wine Club. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive manner.
Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
Sponsor and Retailer are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless unPINNED, LLC, Global Sphere Trading Company, and their affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or acceptance of any prize.
12. Governing Law
These Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
