The same family has farmed this plot in Cumières since 1765, and they've farmed it biodynamically, chickens and all, since 2012. This rosé drinks like a really good bakery with fruit stacked right behind it.

Fourth generation of the same family farming their own vineyards in the Aube since 1935. This is the classic, mineral-driven blend in the bundle: orchard fruit, chalky and lean, and it drinks like it should cost twice as much.

Marion left a career in dental prosthetics to come home and farm 1.26 hectares of her family's vines in Chamery. Zero dosage, 100% Chardonnay, and somehow round instead of austere, which is genuinely hard to pull off.
