ASHWIN'S REFLECTION:
Pomalo is a common expression from the Dalmatian coast in Croatia meaning “slow down” or “take it easy” → something I think most of us could use a little more of (myself included). In this bottling, we have 100% Debit, which has historically been overlooked as a serious wine grape and has been mostly cultivated for simple, high-yield wines. This wine, however, showcases how an overlooked and under-appreciated variety can shine when treated with respect and reverence.
